Well, April’s pattern has been released and it turns out I’m colourblind, there was no red roof, it was brown (although, in my defence, the chimney is red). And who lives under said roof? Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz!
I know that I’ve read L. Frank Baum’s The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, but the book doesn’t really stand out in my mind. I’ll check and see if we have the audiobook at work – it would be great to listen to while stitching the yellow brick road and emerald city.
I thought I was making really good progress on the frames, until I noticed I was off by a stitch. I’m going to have to undo almost the entire first frame of the second row.
